TraderScale Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions. Effective Date: September 17, 2024.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between TraderScale.com ("Company") and participants in the TraderScale Affiliate Program ("Affiliate"). By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Structure

   Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% on the sale of each challenge referred through their unique affiliate link, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Affiliate Manager. TraderScale reserves the right to offer custom commission rates based on individual agreements.

2. Payment Terms

   Commissions will be paid on a Net 15 basis, subject to the affiliate having earned a minimum of $100 in commissions. Payments are processed within 15 days after the close of each month, provided the payout threshold is met.

3. Tracking and Cookies

   Affiliate referrals are tracked using cookies and referral links. Cookies will remain active for 60 days from the date a user clicks the affiliate’s link. If the referred customer makes a purchase within this 60-day period, the affiliate will receive the commission. Affiliates will also receive the commission on any subsequent purchases made by the customer.

4. Affiliate Approval

   All affiliate applications are manually reviewed by the Head of Affiliation. TraderScale reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

   Affiliates are required to present an accurate representation of TraderScale. This includes ensuring that all information about TraderScale’s services is truthful, up-to-date, and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Activities

   Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to: fraudulent traffic (fake clicks, bots, or incentivized traffic); misrepresentation of TraderScale or its services. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the affiliate relationship and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

   In the event of a refund or chargeback, any previously paid commissions related to the refunded or charged-back sale will be deducted from future payouts. If an affiliate is no longer generating traffic, TraderScale reserves the right to request the return of the commission from the affiliate.

8. Termination

   TraderScale reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be withheld.

9. Dispute Resolution

   Affiliates with concerns or disputes related to their commissions or account can contact their Affiliate Manager for assistance.

10. Modification of Terms

    TraderScale reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

    This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
