How do I unlock a tier?
Your total points determine your tier. Bronze starts at 450, Silver at 2,350, Gold at 5,650, Platinum at 17,350, and Black at 40,750. The tier and its benefits unlock automatically when you reach the threshold.
Are points added automatically?
Challenge, payout, purchase, and competition points are awarded automatically when you meet the listed requirements. Points for Success Journeys, video interviews, podcasts, and webinars are reviewed and awarded by the Traderscale team.
What does “every time” or “once” mean?
“Every time” rewards can earn points each time you complete that action. “Once” rewards mark a specific milestone, such as your first payout or passing five challenges, and are awarded once.
What do faster withdrawals mean?
These benefits reduce the standard wait before a withdrawal is eligible. The first-withdrawal wait is reduced by 1 day at Silver, 3 days at Gold, 5 days at Platinum, and 7 days at Black. Black also reduces the subsequent-withdrawal interval by 5 days. These are reductions in waiting periods, not guaranteed payment-processing times. Every loyalty tier has a $150 minimum withdrawal.
What are the complimentary account rewards?
Every tier unlocks a free Pro 2.0 Challenge: $10,000 at Bronze, $25,000 at Silver, $50,000 at Gold, $100,000 at Platinum, and $200,000 at Black. Platinum also unlocks a $50,000 Instant Funding account; Black unlocks a $100,000 Instant Funding account. These are one-time account perks at the relevant tier. The dollar amounts are account sizes, not cash payments.
What experiences are included with Black?
Black members receive a monthly coaching call, weekly group coaching calls, Cardiff City hospitality, and VIP yacht days in Dubai. These sit alongside Black’s trading benefits and account rewards. Platinum also includes a monthly coaching call.
When do coaching calls start?
Coaching calls will start in November.
What changes to my trading conditions?
Bronze gives you a 15-day inactivity window; Silver and above give you 30 days. For challenges only, Silver reduces the minimum trading-day requirement by 1 day, Gold by 2 days, Platinum by 3 days, and Black by 4 days. The challenge profit target adjustment is −1% at Platinum and −2% at Black, applying to Phase 1 only. Check the conditions for your account in your dashboard.
